Co-chair and Marketing Director - Pride in London
Deputy Chairman & Joint Managing Partner - Quadrangle

It’s an honour to be asked to join the judging panel for this year’s Drum Awards. The Awards celebrate the best of the best in brand marketing and have a reputation second to none. I can’t wait to get stuck into this year’s submissions!

Alison is Deputy Chairman and Joint Managing Partner of Quadrangle, one of the UK's leading independent market research agencies.
She is a consultant by background, advising leading brands including Volkswagen, Lloyds Banking Group and The Co-operative, using research to help clients define strategy and design customer experiences.
Beyond Quadrangle, Alison is an activist, volunteering for Pride in London - the UK's biggest LGBT+ event - as its Co-Chair and Marketing Director, and leading the team that delivers award-winning campaigns like last year's #nofilter and this year’s #LoveHappensHere.
Alison is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and an Ambassador of the newly formed LB Women, a national, cross-sector initiative to support Lesbian and Bi-Women in the workplace.
