What is the entry deadline?

The deadline for entries is 5pm on Friday 2nd July. We cannot gaurantee that any entries received after this date will be presented for judging.

Who will judge my entry and what will they be looking for?

The awards will be judges by a panel of individuals with extensive experience within the events industry and they will be looking for evidence of clear strategic thinking, innovation and effectiveness.

In particular the judges will be looking for:

  • Understanding of the brief and objectives
  • Innovation thinking and creativity
  • Strategic planning
  • Tangible results and proof of effectiveness.

What happens after my entry is submitted?

Once all the entries are in after the deadline the judging panel will go online and judge your reports.

The Judges will then meet, in August, to discuss the entries and decide on the entries to nominate.

Once the judging has taken place nominations will be announced online and you will be notified when this is happening

The results will be announced at the awards ceremony held in October.  For more information click here.
